experience monitoring voice and non-voice
- 1 to 2 yrs experience as QA
- represent the account and interacting with clients by doing sales validation and quality assessments.
- conduct quality assurance observations
- contribute to skills competency assessment
- additional coaching and support to new frontlines

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
