Is urgently looking for:
 

QSAS ENGINEER

E/E Service Department

(VisMin based)

 

Responsibilities:
Assists his superior in ensuring adherence to the set quality and standards of the company that pertains to maintenance and service.

Performs contents indicated below and reports progress and results to his superior immediately:
Quality control patrols and inspections at jobsites

Assistance to trouble-shootings at jobsites and its analysis

Assistance to serviceman's work - advanced skill is needed such as using instrument

Coordination with factories and Branch Managers/Supervisors concerning Trouble Report, Factory Reconstructions, Customer Reconstruction and so on so that issues can be fixed quickly
- Coordination with Branch Managers/Supervisors and MIC concerning quality KPIs such as Occurrence Rate of Failure, Entrapment Rate and Non-Operational units to improve their quality

Initiative on all works of MIC

Documentation of working procedures, trouble information and other related technical documents

Attendance of technical training by the consultant to conduct echo seminar for servicemen

Any immediate works as needed concerning quality and safety

Requirements:
Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or any engineering course, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission

Must be proficient in both oral and written communication (English and Filipino)

Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and with strong leadership potential

Must possess customer service/negotiating skills
