Qs Team Lead

Cost and time assessment and preparation of formal proposal for potential projects; Lead kick-off, coordination and clarification meetings; Perform quantity take-off if necessary; Timely and quality submission of deliverables; Perform relevant works designated by Commercial Team Lead; Ensure good client relation and satisfaction by keeping regular communication and proper coordination QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Quantitative Surveying or related area; Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; EXPERIENCE: Total work experience: 13+ years Total relevant experience: 5-10 years of experience in contracting/consultancy projects of similar size/complexity Knowledge of construction industry Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting / consultancy Planning and time management skills Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
