Administer the company Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H) activities including the company wide implementation and continues improvement in the manufacturing operations. This covers the entire system of Thick Film Printed Substrate, Hybrid IC's, and PCB Assembly of CERW/CD-ROM/DVD-W and UPS for Quality decisions.
