Job Description Overview:
We are looking to hire an experienced ISO Specialist to strengthen our quality management system and improve operational efficiency. Currently, the Production Manager handles ISO-related duties, but we aim to establish a more specialized structure with this new role to enhance quality control. This position will focus on managing and overseeing ISO certifications and compliance within our company, particularly IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's ISO compliance, particularly IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure all processes comply with ISO standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits with certification bodies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in quality management and implement necessary changes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO standards and requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to the President on the progress and status of ISO-related activities.
- Other task that maybe assigned from time to time by manager Qualifications Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of ISO management systems.
- Proven experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong personality, capable of enforcing compliance and driving continuous improvement.
- Candidate must within living at Batangas area
- Has experience with Japanese company English Level Business
