Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.

Ensure QC personnel are trained per regulatory and customer requirements.

Review and enhance product/process specifications and provide training.

Coordinate with auditors and manage corrective actions for non-conformities.

Establish and review product/process specifications.

Set requirements for new materials and monitor supplier compliance.

Manage Quality Control records.

Oversee storage and disposal of retention and standard samples.


Job Qualifications:

Licensed Chemical Engineer or Chemist

Minimum 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role


Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 60,000
Location: On-site at CBY Head Office
Work Schedule: Temporary compressed week (Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Original Schedule: Mon-Sat, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
