QC MANAGER ( LICENSED CHEMICAL ENGINEER) MANUFACTURING COMPANY- san juan manila

11. Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with
regulatory requirements and industry standards.
12. Ensure compliance to training requirement of QC personnel based on regulator and customer
requirements.
13. Responsible for improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or
processes, and training staff for proper usage.
14. Liaise with auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action to non-conformance observed
during audit.
15. Establish and review specifications for products and processes.
16. Setting requirements for new material and packaging materials for suppliers and monitoring their
compliance.
17. Oversee management and control of Quality Control records.
18. Oversee proper storage and disposal of retention samples, standard samples and LSD
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Chemical Engineer or ChemistAt least 5 years experience as Manager/Supervisor
Salary Range : P 50,0000.00 – 60,000.00
On site : san juan manilaTemporary Compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
