* Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
Interpret and implement quality assurance standardsEvaluate adequacy of quality assurance standardsDevise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality dataReview the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systemsPlan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality Qualifications: Essential Skills / Non Negotiable Skills: Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience in software development or QA roles.Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration. Desirable Skills / Good To Haves: Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
