Must be a College Degree.
At least 2-3yrs experience as a Quality Supervisor developing and implementing quality assurance programs
Must have experience in scrubbing and deep dive analysis for CSAT/DSAT
Knowledge/Exposure as a Training
Blended account experience
Must have experience in Sales Account

Location: Pasig and Taguig City
Work Setup: Fully Onsite
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
