QA SUPERVISOR

Graduate of any 4-year course,
At least 2 years work experience,
Must have knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO9001
Certification Process and Supplier Management, Possess Leadership, Management and Negotiation skills,
Must be a Quality Management System Lead Auditor
Plans and organizes an effective Quality Management System for the organization to ensure conformance to international quality standard (ISO 9001 & IATF 16949) and customer specific requirement (CSR),
Can develop an effective QC training program based on each section ITCS (Individual Training Curriculum Survey) to be able to improve and upgrade employees technical skills for problem-solving & failure analysis,
Able to establish and maintain an organized document control system to ensure an updated documents for everyone's use,
Plans for section's annual budget to ensure the availability of needed resources.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan Batangas.
