BGC Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Provides coaching and mentoring to agents for them to improve their performance and the attainment of their metricsEnsure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques, and standards are being utilized to meet customer requirements and needsPerforms Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the ClientProvides coaching and mentoring to analysts in order for them to improve their performance and the attainment of their metricsParticipates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management teamAdhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policiesPerform other projects and duties as required
