Salary: 26,000 - 30,000
With Saturday schedule (Twice a Month)a

Required Experience:
-Bachelor's degree holder.
-Supervisory experience in managing and handling QA/QC teams within a printing company manufacturing environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literate.
-Strong understanding of ISO standards.
-Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Willing to be trained and eager to learn new skills and processes.
Job Description:
Performance & Reporting:
·Develop and present monthly inspection and audit performance reports.
·Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Training & Development:
·Provide guidance, training, and certifications to QA/QC staff.
·Implement new practices to maintain high-quality standards.
Auditing & Compliance:
·Conduct thorough audits and recommend alternative procedures for improvement.
·Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Leadership & Support:
·Supervise and direct QA/QC employees and production teams.
·Oversee corrective actions and preventive solutions.
Additional Duties:
·Handle responsibilities and functions assigned by management as needed.
