What You'll Do: Inspect & Review: Conduct inspections of finishes, including drywall, painting, flooring, and other architectural details. Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality concerns. Train & Mentor: Educate site staff on best practices for quality control in architectural finishes. Analyze & Report: Review quality documentation and prepare comprehensive reports on your findings. Requirements What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Experience: At least 1 year in quality control focused on architectural finishing. Skills: Strong knowledge of finishing materials and methods, with attention to detail and analytical abilities. Working Location Blk 2, Sunset. Sunset, Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines
