Job Summary:
The QA/Production Officer is expected to develop and document test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on requirements. Identify key metrics to measure testing effectiveness and quality.
Reports to: System Manager (IT)
Responsibilities
? Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
? Test software applications, systems, or processes across multiple platforms and environments.
? Perform regression, performance, load, and security testing as needed.
? Log, track, and manage bugs using defect-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
? Work with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.
? Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve quality concerns.
? Act as a quality advocate within Agile/Scrum teams.
? Document test results, prepare test summary reports, and maintain testing records.
? Ensure all QA documentation complies with company standards.
? Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing.
? Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and methodologies in QA.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course.
? Knowledge about Fintech is an advantage.
? Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
? Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.

Schedule:
? 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
? 9 hours duty including 1-hour break
Compensation and Benefits:
? 40,000.00 to 50, 000.00
