Requirements & Skills:
At least 2-years completed in College/Graduate/Postgraduate
Has managed a team of 15-20 quality analysts
With 5 years as QA Manager in BPO
With strong exposure to clients/stakeholders
Ability to conduct error analysis, identify process gaps, and share process improvement ideas.
Ability to work closely with the Central Quality team to conduct process improvements and
Strong written communication skills.
Excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
Good PowerPoint and Excel skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
