QA LINE INSPECTOR

Job Description

Will be responsible for monitoring quality standard of all incoming packaging materials and facilitate destruction of non-conforming products endorsed by production department

Responsibilities include:
Evaluate all packaging materials in accordance with standard specification.

Responsible in tagging status of all packaging material arrivals

Validate the raw materials and packaging materials prior to serving to the production.

Perform routine inspections from start of filling, middle and final product in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) requirements.

Maintain and follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and

safety standards.Complete documents inspection by verifying batch manufacturing information,SOPs and expiry dates in all product lines.

Implements and monitors quality policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:
2-5 years work experience required.
