Salary: 14,000 - 17,000
With Saturday Schedule
1. Check randomly the parts supplied from supplier based on Pre-Delivery Inspection Report.
2. Prepares sub-con rejection report based on supplied parts performance from production
3. Prepare quality limit samples for supplied parts from Sub-Con / Supplier.
4. Checks any quality process change based on initial implementation of Sub-Con.
5. Handles Supplier/Sub-Con rejections, inquiries and concerns.
6. Check supplier/sub-con countermeasure implementation & effectiveness.
7. Conduct Supplier / Sub-Con process audit and prepares audit results.
8. Prepares supplier/sub-con monthly quality performance result.
9. Attend and evaluates trial parts conducted by sub-con.
10. Check the parts status from production (Injection/Assembly) parts based on Quality Standard.
11. Evaluates the trial parts prior massproduction .
12. Evaluates and analyze any quality process change prior to massproduction (Assembly/Injection).
13. Evaluates and check the minor changes that deviates from quality standard.
14. Check the countermeasure implementation & effectiveness at the production (Assembly/Injection).
15. Issues NCR (Non Conforming Report) to production for parts that does not conforms to standard.
16. Prepares Quality Documentation for Quality Process Control at the production.
17. Attend parts verification in the production for any quality matters.
18. Coordinates to production quality related issues and concerns.
19. Prepares Quality Standards required by the customer.
20. Prepares analysis and proposed countermeasures for the quality problem occurrence.
21. Reports the daily quality results/outputs and other related issues to QA Supervisor or /and QA Mgr.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering Graduate
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year work experience in Quality (fresh graduates are also welcome)
