Qa Engineer

Responsibility :- 1. Overall responsible for the development, enforcement and maintenance of Quality system of the QC department. 2. Responsible for incoming quality audit of all items affecting product quality. Establishing the appropriate AQL FOR IQC and ensure that proper specification and test methods is available. 3. Liaise with Purchasing so that all rejected material are disposed on a timely manner. 4. Responsible for sub-con quality control & audit. 5. Responsible for the production in process quality control. 6. Ensure that appropriate quality control is instituted in production and resources are available to meet production capacity. 7. Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quality Report for all section. 8. Maintain and analysis of all quality records so as to assist in identifying root causes in product failures or product quality related problem. 9. Liase with external parties or customers in relation to all quality related issue 10. Promote Team Activities and Quality. 11. Application , submission and approval for all types of test or any third party certification. 12. Authorise to release all certified finish products. 13. Ensure all In-house tester and equipments has been calibrated. 14. Travel to customer sites with short notice in order to solve any quality issue and understanding customer quality requirements. Requirement :- 1. Degree holder in related field 2. Minimum 3 years experience in quality line Fresh Graduate encourage to apply. 3. Knowledge is ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & IATF 16949 4. Able to lead a group of technicians and inspectors to improve the quality performance . 5. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia . Mandarin will be added advantage in order to communicate with China Suppliers
