Qa Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Benco Dental, you will ensure the highest standards of quality for software products through rigorous testing and meticulous attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, identifying, and documenting bugs, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product quality. This role requires a strong foundation in software QA methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Requirements What you will do Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through to resolution. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts). Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Liaise with external resources to resolve testing issues. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or equivalent Pref 1-3 years Experience as a software developer Preferred 1-3 years Experience doing QA work Preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
