Qa Engineer (General Trias)

A quality assurance (QA) engineer's job is to ensure that a product meets quality standards before it's released. QA engineers are responsible for many tasks, including:
Testing
Designing, developing, and executing tests to verify that the product meets requirements. This includes manual and automated tests, and testing for database impacts, regression, and usability.
Analyzing
Analyzing testing results to identify and document problems with the product.
Tracking
Tracking quality issues and maintaining documentation.
Reviewing
Reviewing software documentation and requirements to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Collaborating
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and improve the product.
Communicating
Providing feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
Planning
Planning test schedules and strategies, and estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities.
Improving
Improving the quality assurance process and supporting business development activities.
QA engineers work in an office or lab setting, and need to have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to making sure the product functions flawlessly.
