Qa Engineer - 25K (Binan Laguna & Lipa Batangas)

The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products through systematic testing and evaluation processes. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance standards, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities: Manage Inspector Leaders, Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).Oversee all standards related to quality control.Execute product measurements and analyze results.Verify nonconforming products and oversee disposal processes.Evaluate and design all quality-related inspection processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.At least 2 years of work experience in Quality Assurance (QA). Skills: Strong analytical abilities.Good knowledge of handling and controlling measuring equipment.Background in the automotive industry.Understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
