**We are looking for an IT SUPPORT LEVEL II who has a strong background in ITIL AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES, knowledge, experience, and/or relevant certification in the following: OFFICE365, MICROSOFT EXCHANGE, HPE, DELL, IBM, HPE, VEEAM, DATTO, VMWARE, HYPERV, CISCO, AUTODESK, AZURE, AND AWS.

**JOB DUTIES**
- Support clients in a fast-paced Managed Services environment
- Understand and use **ITIL and Service Management principles**:

- Use MSP automation tools set such as Autotask or ConnectWise
- Deliver the following technologies and solution or similar: Microsoft Technologies, Server Technologies, Storage Technologies, Backup & IDR Solutions, Virtualisation Solutions, Networking, and/or Public Cloud
- Work with Design and Construction software such as Autodesk, Bluebeam or Enscape

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- **3 years' experience** in similar client facing role
- Knowledge in **ITIL and Service Management principles**:

- Knowledge, experience, and/or relevant certification in the following:

- Microsoft technology such as **Office 365, Microsoft AD, Exchange & Windows Server**
- **Server technologies such as HPE, Dell, IBM**
- Storage technologies such as HPE*
- Backup & DR solutions such as Veeam and Datto*
- Virtualisation solutions such as VMware and HyperV*
- Networking such as Cisco, Meraki and Sophos Firewalls*
- Public Cloud such as Microsoft Azure or AWS*
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Having a solutions-focused approach to how you go about your work
- Proven troubleshooting skills and polite phone manner
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, and a positive can-do attitude
- Maintain composure, remaining calm and focused under pressure
- Strong knowledge in **servers**:

- **Configure server, VoIP Server for IP phone etc..**:

- **Willing to work on-site**

Schedule **:AU Shift 6AM to 3PM**
