Purchasing Staff- Taytay Rizal

Outsources and buys all items requested by the maintenance departments such as spare parts and other similar items, as well as consumable used by the other sections/departments.
- Acknowledges all purchase requisition by indicating the date of actual receipt.
- Outsources/canvasses items from the approved/accredited suppliers.
- Classifies requested fabricated/consumable materials based on their point of origin such as the maintenance or other sections/departments.
- Coordinates with requesting department for more detailed information/specification of the required materials for fabrication and consumable items.
- Submits canvasses to the VP for Logistics & Administration for review, evaluation and approval.
- Prepares purchase order in favor of the approved vendor.
- Places formal order by forwarding the approved PO to the approved vendor.
- Monitors actual delivery based on the arrival of the fabricated materials and consumable items.
- Informs the requesters of the arrival of the fabricated materials and consumable items.
- Files copy of the served PR/PO.
- Monitors fuel consumption of requesting section/department.
- Adheres to the company rules & regulations and other policies & objectives related to quality, health & safety, ISO QMS, HACCP, and GMP.
- And, any other job to be assigned by immediate superior, provided, the task is related to the nature of his assignment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
