Purchasing Staff/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:
Greet visitors, manage front desk inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain an organized and professional front desk and lobby area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scheduling meetings.

Purchasing Duties:
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for various materials and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
With at least 6 months related work experience
Strong customer service skills, including interpersonal, communication abilities and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle front desk and procurement responsibilities efficiently.
Knowledge of purchasing processes or procurement software is a plus.
