Purchasing Staff

JOB SUMMARY:

- Perform Purchasing function in accordance to Yamaha Motor Philippines Inc. company policy and ethics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES:

- Source for the requirement of the internal section and department in compliance to correct specification and quality at the reasonable price and have it available at the given due date.
- Coordinate to supplier for canvassing and rice validation for re-order requirements.
- Prepare PO of the Canvassed items
- Coordinate wit the supplier regarding the delivery schedule.
Advise warehouse team about the deliverables.
- Submit timely updates to requester regarding the status of PR
- Submit monthly reports on time and with accurate data.
- Perform field works like supplier visit, sourcing and site ocular.
- Support and provide assistance to other buyer on various projects and requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor/ College degree; any business-related course.
- At least 1 years working experience as Purchasing staff.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

**Salary**: Php15,200.00 - Php18,600.00 per month
