Job Description Does research on potential suppliers and evaluates offers.
Updates and maintains records of approved and qualified suppliers for the assigned commodity.
Ensures keeping and maintaining of quotations from suppliers.
Provides cost comparison analysis to provide better purchase decision-making.
Checks and reviews completeness of Purchase Requisition (PR) received from various departments to ensure smooth flow of sourcing and procuring the correct materials needed.
Ensures generation of Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers.
Ensures relay of PO to supplier after approval and confirmation of suppliers including delivery schedule.
Monitors the delivery to verify compliance of supplier to the delivery schedule.
Coordinates with finance the accounts payable of supplier for any payment issues escalated by suppliers.
Keeps and maintains record of purchase.
Qualifications Requirement Female
BS Math, BS Financial Management or BS Computer Engineering graduate
High knowledge and experience in Excel Application.
Excellent written and verbal/negotiation skills.
English Level Business
