Purchasing Staff

Job Descriptions:

Can coordinate with Production and Purchasing Department in day to day transactions.
Track inventory levels and determine what needs to be purchased.
Responsible for timely procurement of raw materials/supplies needed in operations local or international.
Ensures all deliveries from suppliers to company are properly checked and monitored. May check the quantity and quality of the products received to make sure they meet the requirements.
Coordinate with Impex Staff to the import and export items.
Finding the best or lowest-cost arrangements and negotiates while sourcing supplies, goods, products, and services.
Ensure that records of supplier, monitoring and supervisions are up to date, follow up and confirm the accurate details.
Willing to be train
Willing to work in LIMA TECHNOLOGY CENTER Lipa City, Batangas.
Qualifications:

Candidate must be graduate of any 4 year business course
With 1-2 years experience in Purchasing/Inventory and with experience in PEZA registered company and documentations.
With strong negotiation, keen to details and communication skills.
With knowledge in Microsoft Offices; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc. or WPS.
