Purchasing Specialist

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1) Assists in updating Suppliers Portal and other schedules such as reconciliation of PO balances vs supplier records.
2) Assists in monitoring that all stocks/services are being delivered by the suppliers/providers.
4) Assists in coordinating with JDI's authorized brokers with regards with our incoming shipments/ stocks.
5) Secures quotations from various suppliers based on the Purchase Requisition submitted from different departments.
6) Ensures that all goods and services purchased/obtained are of quality/best value with suppliers of good service/deliveries.
7) Ensures that all major suppliers shall go through an accreditation process and periodic performance evaluation.
8) Preparation of Orders (PO) and ensured that all PO issued by the company are done in the system, controlled and authorized.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Has at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Willing to work in Makati City

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term

**Salary**: Up to Php17,000.00 per month
