Purchasing (Materials Management) - Tagum

**Key Function and Responsibilities**:

- Manages inventory processes from storing to transporting.
- Provides and manages the logistics for the movement of the inventories and records this accordingly.
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any business, management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory software, database, and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to report on-site in Tagum

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
