Purchasing Manager - Solana / Laguna

1. Primary Responsibilities Supervise purchasing staff specific to trucking and parts trading and ensure that processes are in place and implemented. Discover profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships. Measure and manage the overall supplier performance and relationships. Negotiate with external suppliers to secure advantageous terms. Track and report key functional procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Study the current market through data analysis and prepare control strategies. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Lead and participate in systems procedure and process improvements to maximize resources. Collaborate with key persons in and out of the organization to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. 2. General Responsibilities Provide updates and accomplishments to management on a regular basis. Evaluate and manage the performance of direct reports. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
