Responsible for documenting and maintaining the records of all the transaction of the purchasing department.
The Procurement Associate is also responsible in tracking the orders if it meets the target and coordinate with the inbound logistics team accordingly.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1.
Prepares a summary report of daily and weekly purchases.
2.
Records all purchase orders in Microsoft 365.
3.
Ensures that item nomenclature is aligned with all departments.
4.
Tracks the shipment if it will arrive based on target date and coordinates with inbound and logistics accordingly.
5.
Maintains a record file of all the supplier offers.
6.
Maintains a database that records all the pictures and specification sheets of the item.
7.
Ensures that supplier accreditation process is followed.
8.
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of data in the supplier database.
9.
Submits estimated cost weekly.
10.
Maintains and updates the database for duty rates per country per item.
11.
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Qualifications**
- With at least **1 year experience** with Procurement/Purchasing
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- End to end purchase order experience a plus, but not required
- **Excellent verbal and communication skill**
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented
