Purchasing Associate

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Purchasing Unit Head in proper safekeeping and documentation of all purchasing transactions
- Ensure proper safekeeping and documentation of files by maintaining effective control of documents and records
- Assist Purchasing Unit Head in creation of purchase orders by making all necessary attachments
- Undergo canvassing prior to purchase by gathering necessary attachments to different suppliers as required by the end user
- Ensure that materials are in conformance with the specifications by receiving, checking and dispatching the materials requested
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be a college graduate of any 4-year Business-related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have at least 1-2 years of related experience
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be willing to do field work if needed
- Can start as soon as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php14,500.00 per month
