Qualification:
Minimum purchasing experience: 1 year.
College graduate, preferably Business Administration or applicable Engineering course.
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Detail oriented, well-organized and systematic
Average oral and written communication skills
