Purchasing Assistant

Responsible for material planning
- In-charge of PO creation for direct materials and material movement entry in the system
- Coordinate constantly with suppliers and project engineers regarding the project and warehouse inventory
- Manage material movement entry in the system
- Performs Ad Hoc duties related to purchasing
- This is a Project Based position

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Business, Management, Logistics, or any related field
- Preferably with minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in logistics and warehouse operations
- Proficient in inventory software, database, and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Having Latin Honors is highly advantageous
- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e.
Board Topnotcher, etc.)
- Willing to be assigned in San Pablo, Laguna

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
