Purchasing Assistant

The incumbent will assist on the procurement of all materials, supplies and etc. through negotiating prices with superior quality and timely delivery.
Daily follow up of PO to ensure that materials are delivered on time by diligently accomplishing the following activities Regularly update suppliers' directory at least once a month. Maintains and updates records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments and related matters. Keep significant records for verification and reference purposes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder of any course Good and effective communication skills  Demonstrates a positive and assertive character Possess attention to detail is the Philippine's exclusive distributor of Dunham-Bush Airconditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Equipment and Ice Thermal Energy Storage System. DBI is involved in the sales, distribution, operation and maintenance services of all Dunham-Bush energy-efficient equipment and system.
