Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our team. This role supports the procurement process by monitoring stock levels, researching vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The ideal candidate will ensure that our procurement activities run smoothly, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Stock Levels: Ensure inventory is managed efficiently to avoid shortages or overstock.

Vendor Research: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for quality, pricing, and reliability.

Order Tracking: Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Purchasing Records: Maintain accurate documentation of orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.

Supplier Communication: Liaise with vendors to confirm order details, negotiate terms, and resolve any discrepancies.

Internal Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand procurement needs and provide timely support.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and stock management.
