Purchasing Assistant

1.
Maintains stocks and identifies purchasing needs.
2.
Processes all purchase requisitions received by reviewing ordered requirements versus job specifications, canvassing for quality and price, ordering and monitoring delivery.
3.
Maintains quality of materials, supplies, through close coordination and communication with production and other requisitioned regarding quality requirements.
4.
Negotiates with prospective suppliers
5.
Preparation and filing of purchase orders, delivery receipt, etc.
6.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
7.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Purchasing Team Leader/Supervisor from time to time.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of any 4-year business course

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the same field is an advantage
