Duties and Responsibilities include:• Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies• Creating and updating expense reports• Processing Canvass and Suppliers Accounts – Local and InternationalJob Summary:• To perform daily tasks that will support the financial team.• Entering PO/RPF transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices and orders.• Purchasing Assistant responsibilities include managing importation documents, purchase orders, process receipts and invoices, entering financial transactions into ourinternal databases and• Help Accounting Department to run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.Duties and Responsibilities• Reconcile invoices, PO's and identify discrepancies• Create and update expense and importation reports• Process reimbursement forms- as needed• Prepare bank deposits – as needed• Prepare purchase orders and invoices• Enter financial transactions into internal databases• Check spreadsheets – prices of products for accuracy• Maintain digital and physical canvass records• Prepares government documentation for renewal and registrations to LGU's and BOC• Obtain price quotes from multiple suppliersRequirements• Minimum 2 years work experience as an Accounting Assistant and PurchasingAssistant• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures• Familiarity with BIR and other LGU regulations• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, 8Box Solutions, Peachtree, SUN Accounting System)• Organization skills, keen to details.• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information• BSBA major in Accounting, BS Accountancy, Finance or relevant field
