Purchasing Assistant/ E.Rod Jr. Ave/ 18K-20K

JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Purchasing Assistant, you will maintain purchase orders for goods, materials, spare parts, and supplies. You will also record purchases at the time of request and submit these orders for final approval. Aside from this, you will maintain vendor contract records, review vendor bids, conduct negotiations and assist with decision making. You are also expected to do market research to identify pricing trends and recommend to Supply Chain Manager.REQUIREMENTSCollege Graduate of any management courses not less than1 year experience as a Purchaser or any related positions.Knowledge of a specific procurement systemE-ProcurementAccuracy and attention to detail, team player and problem solvingGood Mathematical skills, great client serviceskills, good written and verbal communications skills.
