Purchasing Assistant (Cavite / Weekends Off)

COMPANY PROFILE: A known manufacturing company engage in wholesale of the following goods: vehicle wire harnesses, electrical components, associated parts, and accessories.

Position: Purchasing Assistant
Company Industry: Engineering, Procurement and Construction
Work Location: Cavite
Work Schedule: Mon-Friday
Salary: Php 15,000-20,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
Experience with Production Control Planning
Knowledgeable in procurement flow
Knowledgeable with warehouse and stock control
Can work in Carmona Cavite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare purchase orders for suppliers based on sales needs.
Receive and process sales orders from customers.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Communicate with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules.
