Our company is currently in need of a Purchasing Administrator for one of our clients in Angeles City, Pampanga!!
We are accepting applicants of any age!
Some of your duties and responsibilities include:

- Raising invoices, purchase orders, and distributing logistics reports.
- Customer service satisfaction follow up and client management
- Responsible for dealing with freight forwarders international and domestic
- Responsible for maintaining accurate shipping registers
- Responsible for confirming freight forwarder's bookings
- Authorizing payment of stock purchases

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills in logistics and inventory issues
- Ability to multitask and to work in a team environment
- With basic/intermediate MYOB and WMS/Datapel skills
- Knowledgeable with Chep/Locsam Pallet control
- With strong document control and administrative skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
