Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and terms to secure advantageous contracts.Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and align with budgetary constraints.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding procurement practices.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, including discrepancies and returns.Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and seek opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
