foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwide Job Description Assisting in the creation and conceptualization of various forms of communications plans Assisting the Communications and Media Relations Specialist in conducting research on recent news and stories related to the company, competitors and the industry Helping manage content on social media, particularly online communities that are related to foodpanda and other channels Assisting in monitoring corporate PR issues (national and local issue), including flagging potential issues brewing in the industry Provide support in building micro-influencer database from Facebook groups, TikTok, YouTube and other social content platforms Assisting team members in projects, reports, events, and initiatives as needed Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Journalism or equivalent Has a passion for effective communication and utilizing various tools to deliver messaging Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills Has a knack for preparing informative reports presentations, and can present them if needed Aware of trends, especially with influencers and what they post on social media Can thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Is updated with current media trends with keen understanding on current affairs and crisis management Additional Information What we offer:
