Our services are continually evolving, which include same-day delivery, a telephone health line, and an online prescription option.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in public relations, allowing the intern to develop essential skills and gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced PR department.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns to promote our company, products, and services.Conduct research to identify media opportunities, including relevant journalists, bloggers, and influencers across the countryDraft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.Promote media coverage of MedsGo (Opening of new pharmacies, New partnerships, Senior Management and the Company as Public Experts, Make the Company and its management the talk of the town various other developments in business)Search for relevant events, conferences, and public speaking opportunities for SeniorManagementAssist in coordinating media interviews, press conferences, and other PR events.Maintain media contact lists and databases.Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoringengagement, and analyzing performance metrics.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR efforts are aligned with overallmarketing and business objectives.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
