Proposal Coordinator

Our client is an international engineering and construction company with a primary focus on water and waste water treatment plants.
They are currently looking at appointing a Proposal Coordinator for their Manila office.
Proposal Coordinator will help develop and submit marketing proposals by providing administrative assistance to the Bid Manager.
**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze RFP documents to ensure adequate information for budget and proposal preparation is provided.
- Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests.
- Preparation of high quality and accurate documents in accordance with agreed strategy and sponsor expectations under the pressure of changing timelines.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of final proposal documents.
- Provide regular updates to management, operations, and support staff regarding the proposal process.
- Participate in handover of successful proposals to the project team.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and procedures.
- Editing and templating competencies.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
- Solid time management, and critical thinking skills.
