Property Specialists

As a Property Specialist for Vista Land under Asia Plus Corporation (Marketing Subsidiary of Vista Land), your primary responsibility will be to exclusively sell properties developed by Vista Land within the Iloilo area. You will provide comprehensive information and guidance to potential buyers regarding the projects, assisting them throughout the sales process and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will involve developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Vista Land Iloilo properties, staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Building and nurturing relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty, representing Vista Land Iloilo with professionalism and integrity, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities will also be part of your responsibilities.
