Property Specialist

**Property Specialist Responsibilities**
- Promotes AHRDC properties through booth-manning, advertisements, and other effective strategies
- Provides site tour for ocular visits
- Sources potential clients and provides excellent customer service
- Develops and maintains a client database
- Prepares and facilitates effective client presentation
- Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book the sale
- Achieves monthly sales goals

**Property Specialist Qualifications**
- Graduate or Completed at least 2 years in college
- Preferably has sales experience
- Preferably has ideas in digital marketing
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Good negotiation skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
