Property Specialist

-Ensure the maintenance of tenant rental payment schedules
-Facilitate communication with tenants and compile reports on unit-related concerns, Manage the processing and follow-up of work permits, gate passes, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
-Manage bill payments, notarization, document deliveries, and receptions
-Assist in listing available units for lease through the company
-Respond to inquiries from potential clients
-Coordinate and conduct unit viewings as needed.
-Assist clients for viewing or contract signing

Qualifications
-Have at least 1 year of experience or worked from a Building as Admin/PMO
-Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
