ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is an on-site contract role for a Property Sales Directors/Managers/Specialists at Megaworld Global-Estate Resorts, Inc., to focus on the following projects:

Prana Garden Villas at Sherwood Hills in Trece Martires, CaviteTulip Gardens & Pahara at Southwoods CityAlabang West at Daang Hari, Las Pinas City
The roles entails day-to-day tasks related to real estate sales operations, customer service, property management, team management, business development and driving of sales activities for our projects located in South Luzon area.

QUALIFICATIONS Sales and Business Development SkillsSales Operations and Customer Service ExperienceTeam Management abilitiesProperty Management expertiseExcellent communication skills (both interpersonal & negotiation skills)Strong Customer Service skillsExtensive knowledge of Real Estate operationsWith over 3years experience of Real Estate Sales and Marketing (For Property Sales Director)Has an existing sales team of 2 Property Sales Managers and 4 Property Specialists (For Property Sales Director)With solid real estate / investment networkBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related fieldMust completed at least 72 units in college / university BENEFITS
