ROLE DESCRIPTIONThis is an on-site contract role for a Property Sales Directors/Managers/Specialists at Megaworld Global-Estate Resorts, Inc., to focus on the following projects:•Prana Garden Villas at Sherwood Hills in Trece Martires, Cavite•Tulip Gardens & Pahara at Southwoods City•Alabang West at Daang Hari, Las Pinas CityThe roles entails day-to-day tasks related to real estate sales operations, customer service, property management, team management, business development and driving of sales activities for our projects located in South Luzon area.QUALIFICATIONS•Sales and Business Development Skills•Sales Operations and Customer Service Experience•Team Management abilities•Property Management expertise•Excellent communication skills (both interpersonal & negotiation skills)•Strong Customer Service skills•Extensive knowledge of Real Estate operations•With over 3years experience of Real Estate Sales and Marketing (For Property Sales Director)•Has an existing sales team of 2 Property Sales Managers and 4 Property Specialists (For Property Sales Director)•With solid real estate / investment network•Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related field•Must completed at least 72 units in college / universityBENEFITS•Receive monthly allowance and earn uncapped commissionsSend your resume or curriculum vitae to ******** and put as subject Ex: "MGEI South - Sales Director Applicant".
